Nudist beach at Veli Brijun island
(sent on 29 August 2010)

Submitted by naturizam, Croatia

Name of the beach: Nudist beach at Veli Brijun island
Location of the beach: Veli Brijun island
How to get there: When in front of the any hotel at Veli Brijun island (all are situated at the same place, where the boat from Fazana docks), face the sea, and follow the coastline to the right. It's a 15 min walk on the paved path, until you find the sign for the nude beach. Beach is right under the path.

Facilities at the beach

Mark: 3 (1-lowest, 5-highest)

Description:
It's a narrow rocky beach, with some places where it's easier to come in/out of the sea. Pines provide the shade. Sea is crystal clear, and so is the beach.
The beach is located at the entrance of the Verige bay, surrounded with ancient ruins and great nature, with deers and other animals freely wandering around. Since there is not much people that stay overnight at the hotels, it's possible that you'll be alone on the beach, and enjoy this great scenery all by yourself.

Thanks naturizam for this report and a photo.
